The governance structure of TPCS grows and evolves as the organization strategically executes program development. The three phases of governance include:
– Planning Committee – This is a small group of multi-disciplined volunteers who have the task of outlining the vision and action steps to bring TPCS to reality. This is also the primary group of stakeholders who manage the planning and pilot & construction phases of program development.
– Advisory Board – The advisory board is a team of volunteer leaders who are committed to the long-term success of TPCS through program assistance, connections, fundraising, and networking. The advisory board serves to enact the policies and strategies set by the Executive Board.
– Executive Board – The Executive Board works closely on a volunteer basis with the CEO to define and monitor the completion of strategic initiatives for TPCS. The Executive Board consists of well-financed and networked members of the Indianapolis non-profit, housing, neighborhood, government, business, and religious communities.
